Below is an example of a purchase and renovation by Breton Property Group of a 6-unit apartment:

Gut Rehab - 6 Units
​This 3-story, 6-unit building on the left had gone through a long period of neglect prior to Breton Property Group's purchase of it. The property seen next door had been condemned and was eventually torn down by the Town.
Here is the same building following BPG's gut renovation, with new siding, windows, and roof outside and completely updated plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm system, appliances, and finishes inside. BPG purchased the vacant non-conforming lot next door from the Town, with plans to convert it into parking spaces for all 6 units later in the year.
Construction of the new parking lot commenced shortly after purchase and obtaining final approval from the Town. Pictured here is the initial land excavation and grading.
A later photo showing the base asphalt layer along with the new concrete entrance and retaining wall. A new fence, lighting, and landscaping were also installed. The parking was fully leased within 1 month to residents following its completion.
Renovation - Cambridge
​This 1960's era duplex unit went through a comprehensive renovation in
spring 2020, with Breton Property Group collaborating with the Owner and General Contractor from inception to completion.
